My friend and I are trying to buy a house, my credit score is 638 and his 591st Our apt. Leasing is 4 months and we go right into a house.
We will try to get a loan from the FHA, it is possible, or we should try our best to credit properly the first? Together we can bring in $ 110ka year if it makes a difference.
